Protect + remove
Protect the route through the home, isolate the work area and remove the original fixtures and finishes to expose the real starting conditions.
288 Reynolds · Oakville
See how 707 transformed an older family bathroom with full-height large-format tile, warm brass fixtures, custom glass and practical storage—rebuilt from the walls out.
The project
The original bathroom had served the home for years. The new room needed to feel current, calm and far more intentional without wasting the footprint.
707 stripped the room back, coordinated the new plumbing and electrical work, rebuilt the wet zone and carried the same finish language through tile, millwork, lighting, hardware and glass.
The result is a clean contemporary bathroom with a warm edge: stone-look walls, a mosaic floor, floating-style vanity, recessed niche and a rain-head-and-wand shower system.
Built from behind the walls out
This project was documented through demolition, rough-in work, waterproofing, tile setting and final fit-out so you can see more than the polished reveal.
Protect the route through the home, isolate the work area and remove the original fixtures and finishes to expose the real starting conditions.
Coordinate plumbing, electrical, ventilation and framing before anything is closed so the layout works as one complete system.
Prepare the wet zone, install the waterproofing system, set the large-format tile and build the recessed feature niche with clean edge details.
Install the vanity, lighting, fixtures, glass, hardware and final details, then complete the walkthrough and finish list with the homeowner.

The starting point includes labour and materials for a complete tiled bathroom with a glass shower or tub enclosure, rain head and hand-shower system, vanity, plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, lighting and finish installation. Size, layout, tile, glass, fixtures and selections affect the final price.
Many complete bathroom renovations require approximately 10–20 working days once construction begins. Custom glass, specialty materials, inspections, discoveries behind the walls and scope complexity can affect the schedule.
707 Designer is an elevated design and finish package priced at $7,700 above the applicable base scope. It includes a 3-year workmanship warranty. The exact package inclusions are confirmed for your room before you proceed.
We assess the room, define the scope and confirm the selections that affect cost before construction. If a hidden condition or requested change affects price, it is discussed and approved before the additional work proceeds.
Site protection, work-area isolation and the access route are planned before demolition. We keep the site organized, communicate upcoming work and coordinate the professional trade network through one accountable project lead.
