Do I need a permit for my basement?
Yes — in Oakville and Burlington, permits are required for all basement finishing work. We manage the permit application and inspections for you so you don't have to chase any paperwork.
How long does a basement build take?
A standard basement finish typically runs 6–10 weeks depending on scope. Adding a legal suite, wet bar, or complex bathroom adds time. With proper planning we give accurate timelines upfront.
What about the mess and disruption?
Prior to commencement, we outline working hours approved by you. Every day we update you with the next day's plan & itinerary. We protect your home, clean the site daily, and treat your home as our own.
